Professional and peer support
5 group sessions that focus on Nutrition, Mindset, & Movement + 2 bonus sessions (includes nutritionist guided cooking class & shopping trip)
5 private mini-sessions with a Nutritionist (includes optional measurements & body composition monitoring)
Online private group for professional and peer support for the duration of the program
